We encourage vendors to bring their own tables and chairs where possible. If you will need a table/chair rental, please indicate below.
**All tables must be no larger than 6' long. If you have a 6' table (or smaller), please feel free to bring your own. Otherwise please check the box below and we will provide you a table for an extra fee of $10."

Please let us know of any additional info that you think is pertinent (i.e. you will need access to a plug, you require any help with loading/unloading equipment due to a disability/injury, etc.) and we will do our very best to accommodate you and help you out!

The Rules.

Please read these through carefully before hitting agree:

You must be present and selling for the entire duration of the market. All tables must be set up NO LATER than 10 minutes prior to opening to the public. Arriving late may result in the forfeit of your space, and not being set up before the public is admitted to the space or starting to pack up before the market is over can result in us being unable to ask you back for future events.

You must give us a minimum of 14 days’ notice should you be unable to attend the event after confirmation for any reason. Failure to give 14 days’ notice will result in your vendor fee being forfeited. If you are unable to attend at the last minute due to an emergency or illness, please send us an email at info.ottawamakersmarket@gmail.com if at all possible. Simply not showing up will likely result in your not being asked back for future events (this is decided at the discretion of the coordinators).

Payment of the entire vendor fee should be sent via Interac e-Transfer to info.ottawamakersmarket@gmail.com. You spot will not be held until payment is received, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for approved vendors.

We ask that you promote the event as much as possible on your social media accounts and website, where applicable. The more people that know about the event, the more will come and the more money you will make!

OMM does vendor features on our new vendors for each market where possible. While we do our best to feature everyone before each event, that is not always possible due to the fact that we (the coordinators) both work separate full-time jobs as well as running our other business, L’Orangerie Floral Design. Bear with us!

You agree to allow your name, your company’s name, and all photos of you and your goods to be used in promotional materials, social media and our website going forward. All photos taken by our photographers at the event are the property of Ottawa Makers Market.

Ottawa Makers Market will not be responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Responsibility lies with the vendor to have someone present at your table at all times during the market.
